Returns and Refund Policy – Felour
At Felour, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return the item within the legal return period. Here's how it works:

Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days.

Return Conditions

The item must be undamaged, unworn, in its original condition, and in the appropriate packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

Always include a copy of the invoice with your return so we can process it properly.

Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets the return conditions, we will refund the full purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs).

We apply the legal refund period of up to 14 days after receiving your return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and whose seals have been broken.
