At Felour, we ensure your order is shipped as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Partner
We work with DHL for the delivery of all our packages. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after placement.
Delivery Time

During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Felour is not responsible for delays caused by DHL or other external factors such as weather conditions or sorting errors.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain amount (check our offers page or your shopping cart for current conditions).
International Shipping
We currently also ship to other countries within Europe. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary.
Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Not Home at Delivery
If you're not home at the time of delivery:
DHL will attempt to deliver your package to a neighbor or a pick-up point.
You will receive a card in your mailbox or an email notification with further instructions.
